How a network project runs

The same five steps, whatever the size of the project. At every stage you know what comes next.

  1. Site visit

We come and look at the premises, the existing cabling and the way you actually work. We listen first; nothing is sold on the spot.

  2. Itemised proposal

You receive a proposal broken down item by item: hardware, work and planning, with the reasoning behind each choice. The price you accept is the price you pay.

  3. Installation

We install and configure with as little disruption as possible, test everything, and walk you through the result before we leave.

  4. Documentation

You get a complete record of what was installed: network diagram, configuration and access credentials. Your infrastructure stays yours.

  5. Maintenance

If you want it, we monitor the network and fix problems before they reach you. If not, the documentation lets any professional take over.
